Good day and welcome, I’m Emily Gibson, retired travel blogger, licensed Cosmetologist since 2002 and Certified Breathwork & Sound Bath Facilitator. Marriage, motherhood, exploring over forty countries & forty-nine states, saying hello and goodbye to loved ones, moving from Oklahoma, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Hawaii, Georgia, Connecticut, Washington state, Italy, Portugal, Guam, California, Guam, and Maryland, with my partner of 29 years, and our son, has been TRANSFORMATIVE.

My nervous system needed to find new way to cope with living life in uncomfortable situations. Elizabeth Bardelli with Baltimore Breathwork, entered my life path in 2024. She offered her program to 40 facilitators. I took her course and switched career paths in 2025. I have currently retired from chopping it up from behind the chair as a Cosmetologist. I am facilitating an experience that may leave you with a day spa kind of glow. Well, it will do something for you…Life changing for me. Breathwork and Sound Baths are the ONLY services I offer at this time.

What is Breathwork? What is Sound Healing?

Breathwork and sound healing are complementary practices that use conscious breathing and vibrational sound to promote emotional release, nervous system regulation, and holistic well-being.

The services offered below may induce a feeling of euphoria. I truly love what these healing modalities do for our systems.
